I require 2-3 working days to make your order after I receive your payment and photos/artwork. Yes, that's totally not a problem. Please email me at hello@everystorypress.co.uk to discuss your requirements and turn around time for the order.
If you wish to cancel your order you must contact me within 24 hours after making your payment and sending me your photos/artwork.After this time I will do everything I can, but if the items are already in production then unfortunately I cannot cancel or refund the order.
If you incur any problems with your order please contact me within 2 days from receiving your order so that I can resolve any issue.As all of my products are personalised to your specifications they are non-refundable, unless they are faulty
You can upload your images directly onto the website. You'll then be able to crop them to fit the desired circular shape of the product you are buying.
Yes, you can use a different photo per item within your order or if you have a few favourites you can have duplicates of them. For example, if you'd like the same photo on 3 of the items within your order you just need to upload the same photo 3 times.

Photos that you upload must be your own, or that you have permission to use them.

- Colour or black & white images can be used

I don't provide design services, so you'll need to send your finished logo, artwork or design ready for printing. Please ensure any artwork that you send me will suit the circular shape of the product you have chosen.
Place OrderChoose the quantity of items you require. Proceed to checkout and fill out your details, make payment and place your order. Email ArtworkEmail me your artwork along with your order number. You can include between 1-5 different designs per order. It can be sent via an email attachment, zip folder or by using a free website called WeTransfer. Please ensure any artwork that you send me will suit the circular shape of the product. Confirm LayoutI’ll create a digital mock-up showing how your artwork will look on the circular product you have chosen. This will then be emailed to you for approval. Pressed & PostedOnce you've confirmed you are happy with the mock up I'll make your items and then post them out with tracking details.
You provide the artwork - I print and make it.
Please send your finished logo, artwork or design ready for printing. I don't offer design services, so your artwork will need to be supplied ready to use.

For the best printing results please ensure that any artwork you send me is of the best quality possible. A high resolution file of 300dpi is ideal. While smaller files can be used, the print quality will be noticeably reduced.• Design Tips For The Best Printing Results
- Bold images, as fine lines and small details won't print clearly
- Contrasting colours (eg.dark text on a light background or vice versa)
- Bold and simple fonts
- Avoid clutter - less is more
