I require 2-3 working days to make your order after I receive your payment and photos/you've approved your layout.

Turn Around Times
You can choose from 1st or 2nd class tracked postage at checkout. I use Royal Mail tracked so that there is a bit more peace of mind that your order will arrive safely.
I'll send you an email to let you know that your order is on it's way, along with a postal tracking number.
I only post to addresses within the UK but if you would like any of my products sent further afield please contact me and I’ll see what I can do.
Delivery via Royal Mail may take longer at busy times such as Bank Holidays and Christmas. This is beyond my control but please be aware of this when placing an order.
If you incur any problems with your order please contact me within 2 days from receiving your order so that I can resolve any issue.
As all of my products are personalised to your specifications they are non-refundable, unless they are faulty.
