Every Story Press takes the privacy and personal data of it's clients and the visitors to it's website seriously. This privacy policy details what personal data I collect and what I do with it. It also includes how to update the information you have given me.

Every Story Press is a trading name of The Two Bonnys. You may therefore see either name on correspondence, order confirmations, payment records or your bank statement.

PERSONAL DATA I COLLECT

I ask for your personal data when you make an order with me, fill out the contact form on my website, when I partake in email or telephone communications with you and also if I meet you in person.

I may collect any of the following:

Your email address
Your telephone number
Your postal address

• GOOGLE ANALYTICS

I use Google Analytics to find out information about my website, such as how many visitors I get, what pages they visit and for how long. This information is only used to look at my visitors behaviour and helps me to improve the way my website works. I can’t identify certain individuals with this information and I don’t make, or allow Google to make, any attempt to find out either.

• WEBSITE COOKIES

A cookie is a simple computer file made of text and allows web applications to respond to you as an individual and personalise your web experience. A cookie doesn’t give me access to your computer or any information about yourself, other than the data you wish to share with me.

Most web browsers allow users to choose to accept or decline cookies but if the user declines then some websites may become unusable.

HOW WILL YOUR PERSONAL DATA BE USED

I use the personal data you give me to contact you regarding any order you make with me, if you are making an enquiry, plus internal accounting and collecting payments. This may include communications via email, telephone, text messages or postal mail.

I don’t send newsletters out to my customers, so your inbox won’t get full of unwanted emails from me. However, if I do decide to start sending newsletters or similar content, I will inform you of this first so that you have the choice of opting in or out of receiving anything.

I will never share or sell the personal data you give me with any other individual or company unless you give me permission to do so or I am required by law to do so.

STORAGE OF YOUR PERSONAL PHOTOS

I will only use your photos in accordance with making the order you have specified and paid for.
Your photos will be permanently deleted from my system once I know that your order has arrived safely.
I won't share your photos with anyone else or on social media unless I get permission from you first.
By placing an order via the online shop you understand and agree to how I handle your photos.

HOW LONG DO I STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR

I retain your personal data for as long as you are my customer. This is in order to collect any fees or monies owed, enforce my terms and conditions, comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

You are entitled to view, amend or delete the personal data that I hold for you at anytime. You can do this by emailing your request to me at hello@everystorypress.co.uk

I reserve the right to modify my privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on our website. (Updated September 2026)
